Experiencing issues with withdrawal?

Upon approval of bank documents, campaigners can initiate fund withdrawals. However, certain scenarios may lead to a temporary hold on payouts post bank document approval:

  1. If any users reports your campaign to Ketto.
  2. If your campaign concluded three months ago, and funds have not been withdrawn.
  3. If, during verification, our compliance team discovers that your treatment is covered by a scheme or an insurance policy.
  4. If any suspicious activity is beign detected on your campaign.

Please Note: In the context of the above situations, a specialized team will review your campaign and may request additional documents as part of the compliance process. These additional documents may pertain to your insurance coverage, fund allocations, recent medical records etc.
