You can visit the fundraiser you supported and click on the 'Updates' >> 'Ask for Update' button. The campaigner has been notified of your request for an update. Any other message can also be sent to the campaigner by clicking on "contact" next to their name.
We encourage all fundraisers to regularly post updates on their campaigns to keep donors updated on the status of their fundraiser and the result of the funds raised.
