Does Ketto really charge zero platform fees?
Yes, Ketto will charge zero platform fee on all fundraisers. Only payment gateway fee will be applicable, which directly goes to the service providers eg. Paytm.
What do you mean by payment gateway charges?
During an online transaction, a third party needs to process the payment securely & ensure safety. There are various service providers including banks and other payment wallets which charge a small fee for their service called the payment gateway fee.

How does Ketto sustain itself if it doesn’t charge any fees?
We have received immense love and support from the people over the years.
So, we have introduced a 'Voluntary Contribution to Ketto' section to allow our benevolent donors with an option to support us which will help us sustain ourselves and provide the best service to you all.
We have also introduced an option for campaigners i.e. people raising funds using our platform to give a percentage of the amount they have raised as a tip to Ketto.
These voluntary contributions allows us to keep our lights on - letting us help countless people in their times of need and run marketing campaigns.
