I have transacted in my local currency, but I have been charged by my bank in USD. Why so?
All foreign/Non-INR transactions on Ketto are only processed in USD (US Dollars). Therefore, regardless of where you are outside India, your bank will convert the local currency into USD and process your transaction.
Please contact your local bank if any additional charges apply since that is beyond our control.
