I have transacted in my local currency, but I have been charged by my bank in USD. Why so?

All foreign/Non-INR transactions on Ketto are only processed in USD (US dollars). Therefore, irrespective to which country you are in, outside India, your bank will convert the local currency into USD and process your transaction.

For any additional banking charges, please contact your local bank as that is a process outside our control.
