• Currency conversion Issues

For simplicity and representation purposes, Ketto converts all currencies to rupees at a base conversion rate for e.g. (1 USD to 77 INR) to show on your fundraiser page. However, the actual conversion you receive will be on the day in which the funds are finally transferred to your bank account, and that will be the rate your bank provides you.

• Need a UTR number to track the payment?

Need UTR number to track the payment follow the steps as shown below:-

1. Visit ketto.org.
2. Sign in using the registered email and password.
3. Click on my fundraiser.
4. Click on withdraw button.
5. Click on Fund summary and check for past withdrawals.
6. UTR number will be mentioned
