Why is email confirmation necessary? | Ketto Customer Care

Why email confirmation is needed

The confirmation from you is a means of ensuring that the transaction is genuine. This is one of the tools we currently use to ensure that transactions are not conducted with stolen cards. In the event that you are unable to confirm the transaction, our risk team, after speaking to our payment partners, does the following: 1) Refund the transaction within 7 working days and you will be notified of the same via email. 2) Approve and process your transaction. No more communication is sent to you consequently. This is only being done to ensure the process is legitimate.
