Why is my payment mode not supported (New RBI guidelines)?
As per the New RBI Guideline, For auto-payments from debit and credit cards or via wallets, an additional authentication will be required by the customer from April'21. A cardholder has to opt for the e-mandate facility on the card by undertaking a one-time registration process with AFA validation. Once this is updated by donors then they can use their existing payment methods for making donations on Ketto's platform.
