Payment / donation receipt
Please follow these instructions to receive Payment Acknowledgement :
1. If you have used a direct payment method i.e Debit Card/Credit Card or net banking, then you need to log in to your Ketto profile using the email ID used to make the transaction. Download your Payment Receipt from the donation history section. You can click on ‘forgot password’ to retrieve your password.
2. If you used UPI, bank transfer, or Paytm Wallet as your payment method, you will need to visit the fundraiser page you have supported and look for 'click here to receive your payment acknowledgement. Complete the acknowledgement form with the required information.
3. For the 80G Certificate please follow the below instructions:

4. Also, make sure to check your Promotions and Spam box for the same.
