What documents do I need to submit to withdraw the funds I have raised as an NGO?
After your NGO account is activated, you can submit the beneficiary's bank account information and photocopies of the following documents:
Non-FCRA Bank Doc:-
1) Address Proof (Mandatory any one of the below options)
• Bank Statement
• 80G
• 12A Certificate
• Bank Passbook
• Trust Deed
• Registration Certificate (With Address)
• Utility Bill (last three months)(internet bill not accepted)
• Land Deed/Rent Agreement
• Incorporation Certificate
• Form 10AC
• FCRA certificate (with address)
2) Non-FCRA Cancelled Cheque (Mandatory any one of the below options)
• Non-FCRA Cancelled Cheque
• Bank Statement
• Bank details Letter with bank stamp and sign
• Bank Passbook
3) PAN Card (Mandatory)
4) It is compulsory for the NGOs to upload a Registration Certificate/ Trust Deed/ Incorporation Certificate along with MOA as the mandatory document which proves that the NGO is a legal entity. The mandatory documents should have a seal/stamp and complete documents (all pages)

3) Valid FCRA Certificate (FCRA certificate must contain the validity period, NGO name and the account number on it (bank details))

5) It is compulsory for the NGOs to upload a Registration Certificate/ Trust Deed/ Incorporation Certificate along with MOA as the mandatory document which proves that the NGO is a legal entity. The mandatory documents should have a seal/stamp and complete documents (all pages).
